Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within three (3) days of purchase.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging and with all tags and accessories intact.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required to process a return.
- Non-returnable items: Certain products, e.g., final sale items, perishable goods, etc., are not eligible for return.

- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please note that depending on your payment method, it may take 5 – 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.
Cancellation policy
Once your order has been submitted, processed and shipped out, we are unable to cancel or amend online orders. Please review your cart and ensure all details provided are full and correct at the time of order.
Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for items of the same value, subject to product availability.
- If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us to confirm stock and initiate the exchange process.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately within two (2) days of receipt. We will assist you in resolving the issue by providing a replacement; however, this is dependent on stock availability. A full refund will be processed, if only the product is out of stock.
